Very clean room, nice staff, excellent location. Lots of good restaurants on the same street of the hotel. Easy access to the lake and the train station.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Nice staff, very clean and tidy room and environment. Breakfast was excellent will be coming back to this hotel with a smile!

Hotel was in a very good location if you don't want to pay for lakefront lodging. While the a/c wasn't working in part of the hotel, they put fans in all the rooms. They moved us to a room with working a/c for the second night and gave us a rate adjustment for the first night. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, especially Anna Marie and Ileana and also the manager. Would definitely stay again!

The proximity to the train station was ideal. My room was lovely and the breakfast plentiful.
