Great location, size and amenities. Also first place where we stayed we could login into Netflix and watch a movie or show to wind down after a big day out and about.
No lift for luggage, can’t be helped.

The property is in a great location, right in the centre of Como City and a short walk from the ferry and restaurants/shops.
When I arrived my room hadn’t been cleaned. I walk into a dirty bathroom, unmade bed and towels on the floor, with rubbish on the bathroom floor from the bin. The room smells a bit damp and mouldy.
I found the secure box to access the building/rooms keys very difficult to use. The lack of light around the building and walking up to the room of an evening is very bad and quite dangerous.
The room itself was very tired, lots of cracks up the wall. The front door and the bathroom door are very old too. It says the rooms have sound proof walls but you can hear absolutely everything in the building. No complimentary water etc when you arrive.
Sadly I don’t think it’s worth the money.

Great location and spacious apartment.
Shower flooded the bathroom when it was used and we had to unblock it ourselves and was full of hair!! 😕
