Location was good, was a bit difficult to access the room, code didn't work and took half an hour to get sorted which was frustrating as we had been travelling for hours

myself and my partner stayed for 3 nights and this location was amazing. we were right near the ferry, bus stop and train station which is amazing as it was our first time being in lake como. the staff were amazing-even down to the owner telling us where to leave our luggage as we had a late night flight coming home. we loved our stay and would 100% recommend this!
honestly nothing everything was perfect for us!
