The Central Art House is run by a very welcoming, friendly local host. For him, it is a big pleasure to host an accomodation and to give a service to someone. Every request by me has been answered and was followed by concrete support from the host. Furthermore, the accomodation is realy central in Como, 100m to the central Cathedral di Santa Maria or the Piazza Verdi.
Everything in the accomodation was tidied up and clean - your room, the kitchen, the floor, the bathroom. I was allowed to use everything in the kitchen and the bathroom. My expectations has been delivered!
In my eyes: The best local support and accomodation you can get in Como! 5/5 stars!

Shared bathroom.It was not visable in the offer. The owner of these appartment use these appartment as well🙄🙄🙄
