The staff was super friendly & helpful. This was our first hotel as part of a 2 week vacation in Italy. We had left The Covo after three nights to head to the Dolomites for hiking & biking & then on to Venice. The Convo texted me, to let me know I had left some items in a closet. One of the items was an expensive rain jacket. They were able to send the items to our hotel in Venice where I picked up the items before we left. That is outstanding service!!!

The staff were lovely, communication was great, they were very accommodating and everything ran smoothly.

Great staff, attention to detail and customer service was second to none. The breakfast was also a bonus and the locaton was great. All our requests were handled with the perfect response.

It was very well located and our room had a partial view of the lake.
The air conditioning wasn’t working so the room was very hot which made it difficult to sleep at night.
