Absolutely amazing setting! We stayed in the ‘museum’ part. Gorgeous gardens. According to my husband, ‘a cross between faded elegance and somewhat abandoned. Big room with a 4 poster bed, high ceilings and solid wooden shutters.

Cancún is beautiful but very touristy and not much privacy, hacienda offers peace and tranquility.
Staff takes pride in the hacienda and it shows.
Hacienda is perfect for history buffs or anyone that just wants to feel like they are in a fairy tale.

We spent 5 nights at this beautiful hotel . A short distance from town. A huge property in beautiful grounds. So peaceful waking up to the bird noises in the garden and nothing else to disturb the tranquility . We had the whole place to ourselves for the first night which was magical. Friendly staff. One point , for a hotel of this quality and prices , breakfast should really be included . Apart from that , I would thoroughly recommend
