Es muy bonito el hotel, muy comodo, habitaciones amplias y muy buen gusto, la pantalla fue excelente 👌🏻
Claro que seguiría siendo una muy buena opción para regresar a Tijuana.
Lo unico que no me gusto, es que no hay tv en vivo, jamas encontre canales o canales de cable, y lo que mas me sorprendió que no hubiera en el lava manos es que solo hay crema y no un jabón para lavarse las manos, tuve que tomar shampoo del bote de la regadera para lavar mis manos, y tampoco hay una secadora de cabello, y una toalla para secarse las manos sin usar las toallas de baño.
Es una sugerencia como cliente.

Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable rooms were very clean. The roof top was pretty cool to enjoy and relax. The price was reasonable. And that they did do the effort to accommodate me when I had an issue
I had no hot water in my room. But they did give me another room that had warm water at least. Then next morning at 6 am they woke me up to tell me that some rooms were getting flooded due to the storm. As well the rooms had no windows which made you feel very claustrophobic, so note to those who may suffer from that you may reconsider booking the rooms are not that big and you do feel very enclosed in a grey box. There’s a damp smell to the rooms as well. Last but not least I’m not one to focus too much on the things you can’t see but when you get this strange feeling that something or someone else is in that room with you but you’re the only one in there, yeah well to top it off I got that feeling and it wasn’t pleasant. But once again for the price I paid I got what I paid for
