Jenny was available via messaging and responded quickly. If we have any questions or needs she responded right away with an answer and solution. We never met her in person nor spoke to her on the phone, which is fine, but even her messages sounded welcoming and accommodating.
The deposit is to be returned within five days according to their listing.
Seven days after our stay, I noticed I did not receive the deposit back. I messaged Jenny. She apologized and said we would receive the deposit by the evening. In the evening we did receive it. Perhaps this was a one time oversight.

The owner always available and prompt to answer. Apartment was spotless and well equipped. 4mn walk to the red line station and private parking that was able to accommodate a 1/2 tons pickup. Great laundry room as well.

Lovely apartment, with enough room for up to 16 people. Lots of light and small balconies to relax. Quiet neighborhood with lots of different options for grocery shopping. The host was also super helpful and accommodating to our needs.
Only two bathrooms, but I think the price is fair for the offering.
It was only possible to extend the checkout by one hour but without further cost.

Nicely decorated, extremely clean, four bedrooms many beds, TV in each room but we did not use, on site parking, two blocks from red line metro station, less than half an hour to go downtown, host very responsive in answering calls
Nothing major but I wanted to write down to show these were not caused by us. 1. Second bathroom sink cabinet door was removed, we put it back. 2. A lamp in room one did not have light bulb. 3. Lamp switch in room four did not have rubber cover. 4. There was ice in freezer, we did not leave it there.
Stairs are narrow, people with mobility issues will need help going to second floor APT 2.
