Lo que más me gustó que estaba a una calle de la catedral de Viena, cerca del centro. El apartamento con 3 habitaciones muy amplias, una cocina grande con todo lo necesario incluyendo lavavajillas y microondas y un salón comedor muy bonito. Solo un aseo, pero con la ducha separada del retrete muy práctico para las 6 que íbamos.
Si vuelvo a Viena en grupo sin duda volveré a reservar el apartamento.
No puedo decir nada que no me gustase.

The apartment with 3 bedrooms is very large. It is set up a bit uniquely, but we all had room. This apartment was in a killer spot to see all the great sights right outside your window. Train access and walking access to everything make up for its faults
This downtown apartment was hard to originally find. The instructions were there, but when you are new to a city, it’s just hard and not very clear. They did attach a photo so when we found the nook entrance off a side street after walking around a bit we did know we were in the right spot. The elevator (again understandable its old city) was iffy. The sheets were pilly and the shower (probably like most in the heart of Vienna) was practically unusable as everyone got iced out within a minute or two on any given day/time.

Great location and easy to find. Plenty of space for a central location
It was noisy on a couple of the nights when we stayed there but that was understandable as it is so close to the centre of the city

Location of the apartment was great.
The location of the apartment was great, but unfortunately we were not fully satisfied with our stay due to both the condition of the apartment upon arrival and the lack of flexibility and hospitality from the host.
When we first entered the apartment, it felt stuffy and had clearly not been aired out properly. The bed sheets also had an unpleasant smell, which made us uncomfortable regarding the overall cleanliness.
We were travelling with our 2-year-old daughter, a stroller and a large suitcase. Before check-in, we explained our situation and politely asked whether it would be possible to check in just one hour earlier, at 2 pm instead of 3 pm, but no flexibility was offered.
On the day of check-out, it was raining heavily and our flight was not until later in the afternoon. Since check-out was at 10 am, we asked if we could leave the apartment at 10 and simply leave our suitcase inside for just one additional hour while we went out for breakfast. We explained that we would return at 11 am to collect it and that managing a toddler, a stroller and a large suitcase in the heavy rain would be very difficult. The only response we received was that they did not offer luggage storage.
At exactly 10 am, the cleaner arrived as we were leaving.
Of course, we understand that check-in and check-out times are the property’s rules, and we did not expect the host to change those rules for us. What disappointed us was that, despite knowing we were travelling with a very young child, there was no effort to show even a little flexibility or suggest any alternative solution.
Combined with the stuffy apartment and the unpleasant smell of the bed sheets, this unfortunately made our overall experience less enjoyable than we had expected.
I think families travelling with small children should be aware of these points before booking.
