Not a bad place, need to improve communication and the level of cleanliness

Location, unit size

Key handover experience is more like Airbnb experience. The coordinator over WhatsApp normally ignores the messages. I tried to closely inform ahead when we are arriving exactly, still it was like 40 min wait at the building door for the key to be provided. Also one night the water heater was not working and could only be repaired next day

Location terrific and its a very nice small apartment Clean and modern. Quiet Central location made walking to.most places pleasant e g to the Belvedere and some great places to eat at night

We had a number of issues we had to sort out with management and this required persistence. However , to be fair , management did respond promptly and did fix these matters and that was important to our stay

Location was great.

Terrible check-in experience and poor apartment maintenance. We were left waiting on a busy street with our suitcases for 90 minutes to get the keys, despite messaging the host multiple times, only to receive empty promises. Upon entry, the apartment smelt heavily of smoke and was visibly dirty, particularly the sofa and furniture. There was an active leak under the bathroom towel rail that we had to catch using a saucepan, and we had no hot water for the second day of our two-night stay. Highly unprofessional and would not recommend
