I am giving a 4 stars because of the room location, the sun rising inside in the morning was a feeling hard to explain. The warmth towards the guests was negligible, I had to go buy shampoo across the street after being coldly told there was none, there was no electric kettle for morning coffee, the breakfast was not fit for the this Marmaris area. I went down to the Roma restaurant where I had one of the best menemen. So if you play smart you will enjoy Point Beach Hotel.

We loved the location of this hotel and check in service. Easy walkable to anywhere within reason. Hotel was clean and tidy for the most part. The elevatorcould do with a thorough
Cleaning. Buffet and restaurant very nice. Early rising in morning if you want a beach chair. Fills up fast. 0ur room was small but comfortable with a balcony and sea view . Beds are hard in Turkey. We were equipped with 1 small glass and that was it. 3 small bars of soap. No counter space in bathroom .
Price was right and included breakfast. I would stay again.
