The apartment is very spacious and ideal for those who want or need to be close to downtown without having to use a car. The apartment features a comfortable double bed, a small living area with Wi-Fi, TV, stereo, and DVD player, a sofa bed that sleeps one adult or two children, and another sofa bed. There is also a large closet with a built-in safe. The bathroom is private and includes shower gel, shampoo, a hair dryer, and toilet paper. Bedding is provided. For children under 3 years old, we provide a crib with linens, cutlery, and a high chair with a small plate.
Automated entry to the apartment via a code sent to your cell phone. And for your furry friends, a pet bed and bowls are provided. (An additional cleaning fee will be charged.)
The location is right in the city center, with many excellent restaurants nearby and close to all the main tourist attractions.

We want to rent to those seeking the best possible location in the historic center, among the palaces and princely institutions, in the city for shopping, cultural activities, entertainment, and nightlife. A quiet spot right in the heart of the historic center—not as impersonal as a hotel or as generic as a typical B&B, but as pleasant and comfortable as a home.

Available to you, free of charge: breakfast (tea, coffee, cookies, croissants, cake, milk, fruit juice, 2 types of jam, Nutella, cereal, honey), heating, air conditioning, cordless phone for local calls, hair dryer, Wi-Fi, safe, washing machine, TV, dishwasher, kitchen, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, bed linens, espresso machine, coffee maker, cappuccino maker, electric kettle, small indoor barbecue table, iron, small indoor clothesline, game table, weekly cleaning and cleaning after each guest departure, luggage storage (when possible).

4. Only well-behaved, medium-sized, and calm dogs are allowed.
5. Please sort household waste properly.
A tourist tax of €5 per person per 10 years per day is required and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

The apartment is located in the historic center, so you can easily get around on foot. To gain access, you must provide a cell phone number; you will then be given a toll-free number to enter the building and a code to enter the apartment.
