This is a lovely flat, well-equipped and comfortable and it was spotlessly clean. It’s very close to Valencia Nord railway station in an area with lots of East Asian restaurants and takeaways - we ate a different cuisine every night. It’s close to metro stations and a good base for exploring the city. The hosts let us have access to the flat before the usual 4pm start which was very much appreciated, The only small niggle was that we let them know our exact arrival time but still had to wait 10 minutes for someone to turn up to let us in and he was then very brusque.

This place exceeded our expectations. The place was very bright, airy and drenched in sunlight. There are three balconies overlooking the street. Theres a large street fair in front on Tuesdays. Its one block from the local and a couple blocks from the regional train stations. The rooms were a good size and the bathrooms were as well. The kitchen was more than enough and well stocked. The two air conditioners worked very well to cool off the while place. Contacted the host a couple times with questions and they answered instantly. Would stay here again without question.
