The home has 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, with a loft and is 1,488 sqft. It is a two-level home, with a few steps to the entrance door.
**Floor Plan**
• First Floor: Living room, dining room, kitchen, Cali-king bedroom, bathroom and laundry
• Second Floor: 2 bedrooms with full and queen bed, loft area has two single beds for extra sleeping, bathroom

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• Cancellation Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
• Use of fire pit and charcoal grill are prohibited during the burn ban

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the cabin and all of the little details. We had a couple tiny glitches easily taken care of and host was great to respond quickly. The inside fireplace is now gas, not wood burning which was nice. Cabin was nice, clean and modern cozy. We brought 2 chairs from the masterbedroom to the livingroom so there was more seating. Ample fridge space. Plenty of dishes, flatware and cookware. For coffee: Mr Coffee coffeemaker, and a single serve Keurig. K-cups supplied but no loose/ground coffee. Beach towels are supplied for hot-tub use. Back yard has a nice large fire pit which was fun but you will need your own wood & kindling which is easy to find in multiple paces nearby for about 8 per bundle. Bring your own sticks for roasting marshmallows. BBQ is charcoal burning so you will need to bring or buy charcoal and lighter fluid. Could use more chairs for around the firepit. Back yard is fenced for privacy but neighbors are close. We did have some noisy vacationers next door but they mostly repected quiet hour. The yard is not fully fenced so if you have a dog keep them leashed. Yard is not grassy or landscaped. Nearest store is about a 10 min drive. If planning to go into the park during summer plan early AM (7AM) or you'll wait in a line for 2hours just to get into the park (have snacks with you). Parking at Paradise fills quickly which is another reason to go early. Have fun and make memories!

Great location for national park entry from south side. Pics show a hot tub and some furnishings that are not present. I informed the host and they plan to update. Clean and comfy. Washer and wifi were broken and they fixed it during out stay- so kuddos on efficiency and guest relations.

The property was clean and the Location to Rainer National Park was great. Also communication was great as my daughter in law forgot to grab her refrigerated medications on our way out and we were able to pick them up hours after checking-out.
