About this apartment rental
Come stay at our NEW cozy retreat. Our 3-bedroom, first-floor apartment is located near the heart of Downtown Bristol. The apartment features a full dining room; a living room with flatscreen tv with smart capabilities; a bathroom with standup shower and tub combo including towels; iron and ironing board; a full kitchen including cookware, utensils, sink, stove/oven, toaster, microwave, full-sized fridge, coffee maker, and dish washer. The main bedroom has a spacious king bed while the other two bedrooms have queen beds, and every room has closet space. All amenities you could need for your stay are available for use.
The backyard is a communal space with the second-floor apartment. Access to the backyard is through a back door.

Lovely place. Perfect for a family reunion. Only drawback for a three bedroom is having just one bathroom. But that was our challenge, not the property ! The price was reasonable of course for a one bathroom. Apartment otherwise was very spacious for the 6 of us.

Beds were comfortable, bathroom was well stocked, neighborhood was quiet. Close to a nice park by the water with good neighborhood restaurants nearby.

This rental was perfect for us! It is in a great location in downtown Bristol: walking distance to the harbor, the bike path, shops, Colt State Park and restaurants. It was fully stocked, which was a nice treat since most rentals don't do that anymore. They even had backups of essentials, so we didn't have to replenish during our stay. Communication was easy, and the owners were attentive and made sure we were comfortable. If you are looking for a sweet spot in Bristol, this is it.
