The staff was amazing. The technology was very cool and the shower was great. The curtains were cool because you just need to start to open or close them and they finished electronically. The Sky Room restaurant was very good. We got the short ribs and they were excellent.
I booked a single king room and they put me in a 2 queen room. The coffee machine was broken and the blow dryer outlet was clicking so I had to unplug it when not in use. The toilet paper holder was broken too and would clunk loudly in the middle of the night. The room was noisy as it must have been next to the laundry room or something. The elevators are very slow. The floor in the room was filthy. It was so dirty that I walked across it one time in my socks and they were dark brown. Room service doesn’t have much selection and is extremely expensive even for that caliber of hotel.
