Booked for a fellow traveler. The location was excellent for attending an event at the convention center and the lodgings were spacious, well appointed, and spotless.
Did not know where to find breakfast... and never encountered any staff. How are fresh towels acquired? In room information would have been very helpful. Tiny bathroom.

Hotel check-in instructions were good. While the room was very small, it had all the amenities. Location was great.
The front door was a challenge to open since the code didn't always work. This was true for other guests who struggled. Parking was very expensive so I parked on the street for free from 6 pm to 9 am.

Harassing messaging for check in and check out .
Rooms are spacious but there is nothing to hang or store clothes, not even hangers , not even hooks for towels in the bathroom ! And it is very annoying, especially if the stay is longer than one night …
