Location on the water was excellent.
Not many eating choices, they are mainly across the bay. We did find the water taxis but were not told this information from hotel.

The sales lady Vega at the Souvenir store by the Promenade was very nice & helpful. She had great customer service. I was having a bad day. Smiling to your customers goes a long way. Thank you so much Vega. I really appreciate you. I know how hard it is to work in customer service. I’ve been there before. Thank you again.
The ladies at the front desk were very helpful & knowledgeable. Thank you.
The Baristas at the Jubilee I think that was the name were nice as well. We booked 3 rooms. Our rooms were warm so I called the front desk & I spoke to Gavin if he could accommodate us with 3 fans.

The rooms were so warm. The hallway was cooler than our rooms. It was so uncomfortable. No fridge or microwave. Our food spoiled.
