The apartment's location... There are no words to describe that Birgu neighborhood. Located near Saint Lawrence's church, a few meters from Pjazza tal-Belt Vittoriosa square, only a few minutes walk from the harbour docks that get you to Valleta via small boats. Around the property you can find cafes and restaurants visited by locals, which of course means a lot. The apartment itself had everything a 4 member family would need. Highly suggested.
It certainly isn't the owners fault, but we visited the apartment during a period when on the buildings opposite to the property, renovations where done and workers started too early in the morning (07:00) and continued till 17:00 non stop

We loved the location which was near the ferries across to Valetta. Lovely little local shop, choice of restaurants and several nearby historic sites.
The sitting/dining room was not a relaxing area, the sofa was small and uncomfortable, but other than that it was great.

Great location in the old city of Birgu with good views. Convenient to have two bathrooms and nice to have a small balcony. I appreciated having lots of hooks to hang up items in the bedroom. There is a lift in the building but a short steep flight of stairs from the front entrance.
It could have been made more comfortable with some lamps for softer lighting.

The location in Birgu is fantastic.
When we arrived at the apartment it did not have internet nor haidryer. The person on the assistance service did not believed on us and took more than one day to provide an hairdryer and more than three days to fix the internet. The modem and other equipments where connected to the eletricity without the adapter necessary in Malta.
