As a family with two teenagers, we loved how spacious the apartment was, allowing everyone to have their own bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the washing machine and dryer were incredibly useful for a family of four staying for 7 days. The smart TV was a great bonus and the wifi was great. We were also highly impressed by the excellent soundproofing; despite the restaurants right below, it was perfectly quiet inside. The location is absolutely stunning, right on the Vittoriosa waterfront where the private yachts dock, and just a short walk from the fort.
Although the apartment is great, there were a few drawbacks. The bedroom sizes were a bit unbalanced; the master bedroom was unnecessarily huge, while one of the other bedrooms was so small that the air conditioning blew directly onto the bed, making it uncomfortable to use while sleeping. None of the windows had mosquito nets, meaning we couldn't open them to enjoy the sea breeze in the summer and had to rely constantly on the AC, which felt wasteful. We were also disappointed by the lack of basic consumables—there were no coffee capsules, olive oil, or salt, which made things difficult for us since we checked in late at night and couldn't buy groceries. Additionally, only one set of towels per person was provided for a 7-day stay. Lastly, the house rules regarding waste separation and other tasks were very strict and restrictive, though we understand this might be due to local regulations.

Fantastic location away from the hustle of Valletta. Great little boat across so was really easy to get over to the other side. Great cafes below the apartment. Very spacious. Great communication with the agency.
Air con quite noisy and so need better sheets and pillows. Small bedroom quite oppressive but.
