The property was well maintained and very spacious. We had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bed very comfortable.
The only downside was the traffic noice from the street but it was manageable.

Mobiliario nuevo, cómodo, bastante completo lleno de detalles, ventanas y cierres nuevos aislantes y automatizados, camas muy cómodas, muy bien comunicado…nos ha gustado TODO.

Really clean, deep bathtub, comfortable bed, kettle, fridge, blackout blinds, nothing was broken. As a place to rest after a full day out in the city, this was restful and convenient for public transport. Trams/underground/ walk to main train station.
If you like cocktails, head round the corner to Fuego.
Getting into bed was a real struggle because of the sloping ceilings. So was accessing the fridge, which has the door hinges on the wrong side. Be prepared for bumped heads. There was no way to switch off lights from the bed. A bedside table and lamp would solve that. Street noise was bad (trams, sirens) so earplugs are a must! The general area did not feel great at night but I was fine. Maybe spruce up the entryway at street level.

Clean
Only the living room had air conditioning, and the bedroom did not. Opening the windows let in all the traffic noise.
None of the pillows or blankets had covers, so you were lying on or under synthetic fabric.
