Easy to get pass code. Room was clean and good space. Was water in fridge.
Shower head was broken so water was coming from buttom. Bed was terrible. Uneven matress had one side where you dip in. Middle standing high and other side dipping different height. Its almost like matress was contorted. And locker system for luggage hold doesnt work. Wasted 20 min teying to get it working

The location, the convenience, the design of the room. The communication with the customer service was easy and the problem was quickly resolved.
The cleanliness could be improved. The kitchen sink and the fridge were somewhat dirty when i checked in. The dishes and the cutlery were also not in the best of states.

Location was perfect. You can access metro station and the main station less than in 10 minutes
The AC was broken and temperature of room was too low for us
