Perfect location - 6 minutes to Muchavista beach, good value for money, surrounding calamity, we stayed 11 nights, had a very good sleep, nice supermarket and area overall. There was another guest room next to our room, and some people also live in the main house.
Ants in the kitchen, no wardrobe or washing machine for longer stays, and more proactive host communication. Frequent cleaning due to short-term guests also made the kitchen unavailable at times in the afternoon.

The location is perfect. You can walk to the beach in just 7 minutes!
The lady who gave us the keys was very kind and helpful, she showed us our room and the kitchen/dining area.
Our room was clean, equipped with fresh towels. The wi-fi is also super strong!
The kitchen in the apartment is well equipped, you can easily make any type of food if you want to.
We also had the chance to meet the owners of the property, they are amazing people. They recommended various places to visit in the area.
Public transportation is also great, the city centre is only 20 minutes away by tram.
I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend time in Alicante!
We will definitely come back to this place. Thank you very much!

Die Lage ist gut und es ist sehr ruhig. Bis zum Strand sind es wenige Minuten. Das Personal/Eigentümer sehr nett.
Die Matratzen waren leider sehr hart und unbequem. Es gab in einer Woche Aufenthalt leider keinen Handtuchwechsel. Zudem hatte das Zimmer leider keinen Kleiderschrank sondern nur eine kleine Kleiderstange. Für zwei Leute zu wenig.
