It was very private and in the countryside we had a few midnight strolls and saw owls and the full moon. It was right next to bus stop into York and this made our stay good. We also had a look around local church and grave yard. It was extremely posh inside the bed was super comfy. The filter coffee was lovely. I was really impressed

There was nothing not to like. It did say no smoking but we smoked outside and restrained from dropping cigarette butts and put them in the bin.

Its location was good it was clean and spacious.

The WiFi wasn't brilliant and the mattress was too soft.

Pretty much everything.

WiFi had a poor connection.

It had free parking and initial impressions as you walk in are good, everything looked very nice.

The sink in the shower room was blocked and there were not enough kitchen utensils. No peeler, chopping board, wooden spoon or spatula. We had chosen the apartment because we wanted to cook there. I texted the owner about these things and she replied and told us they would be sorted out the following day. On the first evening the sink was not good and I managed to unblock it. I could not believe the hair trapped in the plug hole. I communicated this to the owner and she seemed irritated that I had done it. We couldn’t use the basin properly but sadly the owner was offended by my communication of things.
