It’s a decent size space for a family of 5-6 persons. Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. Location was convenient. Quiet neighborhood yet close to a few convenience stores like Lawson and another good grocery store just a minute walk away. Very close to the Shinjuku Central Park which is just around a 5 minute walk away.
A small and not a significant issue is that the property has two floors, a tatami room downstairs and another three beds upstairs and you just have to carry your luggage’s upstairs. But not really an issue.
