Die Lage hatten wir uns ausgesucht. Schönes Appartement mit leider sehr wenig Wasserdruck. Es schränkt einen ein, wenn man bei der Hitze duschen gehen möchte und kaum Wasser aus der Leitung kommt.
In der Küche ist es super. Aber wie wie will man dort duschen. Zweite Etage kann man erreichen. Sogar mit Kinderwagen.
Die Decken-Ventilatoren sind nicht gedämmt zur Decke, somit wenn man sie anmacht, dröhnt die ganze Decke.
Der zusätzliche Ventilator ist für das Wohnzimmer als Fussventilator zu benutzen. Ich denke man kann auch in gute Ventilatoren investieren, nicht die beim anfassen auseinander fallen. China lässt grüssen.
Warum spart man immer an schlechte Installation, wenn es auch besser geht.
Wir vermieten selbst und man muss einfach etwas tun um gute Vermietung zu bieten.
Das zweite Bad war abgeschlossen. Evtl wurde vermutet das wir dieses nicht benutzen wollten. Dabei hatten wir uns dafür entschieden. Und gegen eine ander Wohnung mit Klimaanlage.
Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer liegen einfach zum Patio, wo es aus unteren Wohnungen nach frittiertem riecht und sonst keine Luft rein geht.
Evtl doch mal in Eien Klimaanlage investieren. Evtl für die beiden Schlafzimmer zum Patio.
