Apartamente agradable y muy cerca de la playa.

Estaba muy cerca de la playa, estaba limpio y las camas eran cómodas. Además, disponía de toallas y enseres de cocina suficientes para estar a gusto. Los propietarios muy agradables y atentos.

Aunque el apartamento contaba con ventiladores en todas las habitaciones, hacía bastante calor. Echamos de menos un aire acondicionado (al menos en el salón) para refrescar un poco la casa. Todo lo demás estupendo, estuvimos genial.

Cobro extra injustificado y dificultad para descansar

El apartamento estaba limpio, bien equipado y la ubicación era muy buena, cerca de la playa y con lo necesario para una estancia básica.

Al hacer la reserva intentamos poner 2 adultos y 3 niños, pero el sistema de Booking no lo permitía. Por eso lo escribimos en los mensajes, donde se ve claramente que lo comunicamos. La reserva quedó confirmada por 600 € y en ningún momento se nos indicó que el precio fuera otro. Al llegar, el propietario nos dijo que el apartamento “era para dos personas” y que con los que éramos el precio debía ser el doble. Cuando le mostramos los mensajes, nos contestó que “eso era con Booking y no con ellos”, lo cual no era cierto, porque estábamos hablando con la propietaria, que incluso me respondió que “ahora iba su marido a abrirnos”. Después, incluso Booking nos llamó para pedir que actualizáramos la reserva y el precio, lo que confirma que los propietarios reclamaron como si no hubiéramos informado, cuando sí lo habíamos hecho desde el primer momento. El propietario nos dijo que “nos hacía un favor” cobrando 150 € más, porque según él el precio real era el doble. Por la incomodidad de la situación y con los niños y el equipaje ya allí, terminamos dándole 200 € en efectivo, por lo que el apartamento nos costó en total 800 € por 4 noches. Si de verdad el precio debía ser otro, lo tendrían que haber dicho antes de confirmar la reserva, para que nosotros pudiéramos decidir si aceptábamos esas condiciones o si buscábamos otro alojamiento. No es correcto comunicarlo a última hora, ya estando en destino. Cuando después revisamos precios en la zona de Bellreguard y Gandía en pleno agosto, comprobamos que apartamentos similares para una semana completa (7 noches) rondan entre 700 € y 850 €. Nosotros terminamos pagando casi 800 € solo por 4 noches, lo cual es un precio claramente excesivo. Además, los apartamentos turísticos normalmente se reservan por alojamiento completo, no por persona. Otra cosa es si se trata de varios adultos adicionales, pero en el caso de niños no debería cobrarse ningún suplemento.
