Good apartment in an awesome location

The location is very good and the apartment is cozy and well equipped.

The apartment has two floors, with difficult stairs for kids. The heat pump in the fist floor does not heat so much and it addition to the amount of air that flows through the door makes it complicated to heat up the space.

Where is my fedunding?

I could not enter the apartment as planned because I cannot open the door with the key they offered. The host promised me refunding is no problem. On Jan 1st, Booking told me they have received my application for refunding. However, until now (Jan 5th), there's no further process about my application. I have tried to ask the host, but they did not reply me any more. In our last conversation, the host promised me that they are trust worthy. However, now I strongly doubt whether they cheated me? In general, the host should respond within 24 hours. Wish the host can see this message and we can discuss how to get the refunding. If I still cannot receive any reply from the host as before, I will make a complaint to Booking, asking for re-evaluate their qualification to be a host. In any case, the host should not cheat the consumer, especially when they cannot offer the accommodation for the consumer as planned, and made great trouble for tje consumer.

Bel emplacement central, et bon fonctionnement de la climatisation.

Le manque de communication, pas de réponse à mes mails, l'éloignement de la boite à clefs, le manque de propreté : poubelle non vidée, le grand lit peu confortable, l'équipement succinct de la cuisine, le manque d'éclairage et de prises électriques (lampes et prises ne fonctionnant pas), pas de mode d'emploi de la TV, la conciergerie aux abonnés absents... mais surtout zéro accueil et zéro contact humain.
