The apartment is in the perfect part of town if you’re visiting Arles for the photo festival. Everything was good, and the AC was wonderful in the summer heat.
The only thing that could’ve been better was if the apartment we booked had been on a lower floor. The stairs were a lot for us at 62 and 71 years old respectively. That is the only drawback we felt.

L'emplacement est idéalement placé en hypercentre (malgré les bagages transporter à pied car le quartier est piéton). Les échanges par WhatsApp sont très cordiaux. La climatisation est très fraiche et silencieuse. Les explications sont précises et pratiques. Malgré le fait d'être en plein centre ville, l'appartement est très calme. C'est au 2ème étage mais les escaliers sont faciles.
Un petit problème de robinetterie de l'évier facilement arrangeable.
Une suggestion : préciser l'étage dans l'annonce

Location! Air conditioning! Layout!
No kitchen sponge or dish liquid. Only one pillow per person. No shampoo or hand soap. Faucet fixtures came apart easily. Only one garbage bag. No instructions on how to operate the TV.

Emplacement central
Velux (volet) ne fonctionne pas et la personne qui dort dans le canapé-lit a de la lumière très tôt le matin ; ce qui empêche de dormir.
Un jeu de draps et de serviettes de bain manquant à notre arrivée, corrigé mais la communication avec la conciergerie était peu efficace... notre première demande à 19h00 suivie d'un rappel "appuyé" à 21h00, sans réponse précise de l'heure de livraison des draps et serviettes qui sont arrivées à 22h00. Soirée à attendre des draps, il y a mieux à faire à Arles ... pas cool.
Beaucoup d'escaliers pour atteindre le logement, pas gênant pour nous mais à signaler.
Sinon très bien, séjour globalement agréable.
