I liked how well designed and chic the hotel is,
The room are very clean and comfy,
The check in and out was super easy and welcoming
The chef in the breakfast restaurant (the one who made eggs)
He was really super rude and unprofessional
His way is super bad to guests I visited this place once to have my breakfast omelette but never again

The hotel is new and modern.
Staff were really not helpful nor flexible. Some of them have attitude. For example, we had to wait a long time to be taken to the beach with the golf cart because the driver insisted that the car should be full. Service was not good on the beach since the bar is closed we had to order from the restaurant and wait forever. Then the food came without forks nor spoons and we had to wait again. Bathroom was dirty and disgusting specially the toilet. We called the housekeeping to clean them again and it remained dirty. The food was ok but not tasty, variety was ok but it could be better. Honestly the hotel didn’t meet my expectations at all.
