Exceptional customer service. Special shoutout to Ashley who was at the front desk on 2nd September and her colleague who was on duty third September morning. Between the two of them, they ensured that we had a hot breakfast boxed and ready to go at 5 AM and the taxi service booked. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly, also the location is good and within 10 minutes you are at the main square. During our Trek we were allowed to leave our luggage in the hotel. The price is good.
We stayed here before and after our Salkantay Trek.
Both rooms were very poorly ventilated. The windows look out on a wall facing other rooms as well. When acclimatizing in Cusco this is really not helping and we slept very bad due to this. Also, in both rooms the bathrooms smelled very bad.
Furthermore the rooms are very noisy. And both rooms also had another room at the opposite side of the window (1 meter apart). With the poor windows and curtains also very disturbing and noisy.
The 3 days before we paid a ‘normal’ room, the night after a superior. Both were exactly the same so I don’t understand the price difference.
