Location ok. Needs updating. Not good value for money.

Clean. Air condition.

Very old doors, difficult to lock. With the exception of kitchen everything old and quite run down. Noisy at night. Expensive for the quality of the accommodation.

Spacious apartment.

Spacious apartment for a family. The beach is 5 minutes walk away. There was a Smart TV to stream Netflix. The WiFi was reliable. We arrived early before check-in they let us drop our bags which was helpful.

Neighbours can be quite noisy in the middle of the night. If you are looking for a more modern holiday apartment with a bit of a luxury feel, then this is not for you.

Bad

The apartment was just a little worn and tired apart from the kitchen. The location to the beach, shops and tram was ok.

The amount of noise from the other apartments in the block meant the on no night did we have a decent nights sleep...the road outside was also noisy and we were opposite a set of bins that get emptied in the Middle of the night...

if you prefer to be near beach than town, this is a great choice

great for beach, plenty of public transport to centre, plenty of bars etc near property. Valencia is a lovely town we will revisit
