Everything was great

Overall, we had a good stay. The location was great—within walking distance of most of Rome’s major attractions. Communication with the management was outstanding. Although there was no front desk, they responded almost instantly via WhatsApp, and they quickly provided extra towels and bedding when we requested them.
We stayed at the Executive Suite with Balcony (which is 732 sq. ft.)… seems pretty big, BUT the layout was very awkward. There wasn’t really a comfortable place to sit down/eat. There was only a wooden bench in front of the bed, while the room had an unusually large, two-story-high closet that felt like wasted space and could have been better utilized.
The street below is lively, with plenty of small shops, restaurants, and cafés.
The building is old, which is understandable in Rome, but there were a couple of maintenance issues. The shower leaked unless we placed towels around it, and the toilet occasionally kept running after flushing. We were able to stop it by removing the plate covering the flush buttons, but it’s something the management should look into.
Despite these minor issues, the room was clean, the service was excellent, and the location made it a great place to stay.
