great price for the location and how big it is but this is where the good points stop

I paid 90 euros per night so the price for the location and how big the apartment is a good price.

Very old place, photos probably taken when it was renovated 10-15 years ago. No coffee machine, no washing machine (it has one but the dust on it tells me that it was never used or it isn't working. The bed mattress is not at all good and any move will wake your partner as the bed makes loud noises. The bathroom shower needs a clip for the shower head so you can have it standing without hands. I won't go through all the details but expect an apartment that was renovated 15 years ago amd had nothing repaired or updated since. If you need a very central place to crash then for 90 euros you get a big flat in a good location but i am afraid this is where the good things stop. I will be honest and say that I was expecting this but the bed as a bare minimum needs an upgrade. Also, sheets even if they were clean, they had stains so this might put people off.

Would Not Recommend

Management was fast to respond

TV worked for a while, then remote stopped working, and then it stopped working altogether. Then the shower was gross. Terrible water pressure. And the water temperature constantly changed between super hot and very cold. And then the shower head broke off and it was just a hose left. Fridge was not very cold. Not many dishes to cook with. Lights stopped working in the bedroom. And its noisy from the street below at nighttime. Management was quick to respond to requests, but only gave us two towels for 10 days of stay and three small rolls of toilet paper. And the floors were dirty, and there were empty and used bottles in the bookshelf. Would not reccomend this place.

Not very clean and overall lazy maintenance that might affect your Rome experience.

Great location

Very dirty. Broken shower, no locks on the bathroom door, electric outlets and lamp plugs are broken. We requested an early check-in and the request was approved, but we still arrived to an unfinished apartment. Also, directions were incorrect, missing some crucial steps.

It was only a few days but I recommend it and I will go again if I have the opportunity.

Pour avoir séjourné plusieurs fois à Rome, je peux dire que ce logement est mon préféré, tant sur le confort et la place et l'aménagement, que sur l'emplacement. 9min à pieds de Termini, 16mik du Colisée. Le lit au top, la cuisine aussi. Et pour ce qui concerne la salle de bain, je ne rejoins pas les avis précédents, elle est largement correcte. Et puis là salle de bain, moi je n'y dors pas.

Tout s'est très très passé. Des instructions au logement. Je recommande fortement

El colchón del sofá cama y de la cama, están fatal, no hay utensilios de cocina , salvo 2 sartenes y 2 cafeteras. Y la ducha deja mucho que desear. Lo que está perfecto es la ubicación y el propietario amable
