・ローマ中央駅から歩ける
・キッチンがありスーパーが目の前なので自炊ができる
・洗濯乾燥機が無料で使える
・対応してくれたスタッフの方が親切だった
・観光地までのアクセスはあまり良くなかった。どこに行くにも30分くらい歩くし、公共交通機関を使っても同じくらいかかる。
・クーラーは付いているが管理しているので温度調節は難しい(設定温度を上げることはできる)

Casa Malupa Is as pictured and described. I have yet to stay in a better place. It also is quite spacious. It's a quiet, safe neighborhood that's very well located in Rome.
Thanks to Maurizio and Valerio for being super great hosts, they were very accommodating, communicated well and promptly. I would not hesitate and definitely contact the team for accommodation.
I should have stayed in Rome longer.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, stylish and fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials, and having both a washing machine and a tumble dryer was a huge bonus, especially after travelling.
The location is absolutely fantastic – right in the heart of Rome. Most of the main attractions, including the Colosseum, are only a 10–15 minute walk away. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and public transport nearby, making it incredibly easy to explore the city.
The host was very friendly, welcoming and always quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome.
Nothing at all. Everything was exactly as described, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.
