This place is truly amazing thanks to its location right in the heart of downtown. However, we’ll say it again here (even though it’s already been mentioned twice): it’s noisy 🔊. There’s a bar right below, a bustling street, restaurants, and theaters… in short, in the evenings and especially on weekends, it’s a lively place!

With two bedrooms featuring queen-size beds, a full bathroom with a washer and dryer, and a spacious open-concept layout, this apartment offers all the comforts you need. Les principales attractions de Québec sont à quelques minutes en transport en commun.
Getting Around:
You can easily explore the neighborhood, its shops, and attractions on foot. You can also take public transportation, rent e-bikes (May through October), or simply take a taxi or Uber as needed.
🅿️ Street parking in the surrounding streets is free from Friday at 4 p.m. to Monday at 10 a.m.
On weekdays, it’s free from 4 p.m. to 10 a.m. the next morning (be sure to read the posted signs carefully).
Paid parking:
- On Saint-Joseph Street: parking meters in effect from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Dorchester Parking Garage: a 5-minute walk away, approximately $20 per 24 hours.
Other Things to Note:
💹Note for people with limited mobility: Le México is worth the effort! Located on the 2nd floor, you’ll need to climb 40 steps up a staircase that’s slightly narrow and a bit steep.

Pretty well. A few minor things would have been good to have : paper towels, better places outlets, another comfortable chair in the living area

Great little place very close to downtown Old Quebec. Very warm and cozy apartment with Tons of character. Close to everything and tons of restaurants. We loved our stay here and David our host was very helpful when needed and fast quick response. You really can't beat this place especially for the price. If you are not a sound sleeper this might not be for you. You do hear a fair bit of street noise and the people above you hear walking all the time especially at 530am when they get up for work. We didn't mind it, it was all part of the experience but if you don't sleep well this might be a concern. We loved it and if we ever come back, we will look into this place again. Thanks David

Honestly, there should be a warning or disclosure about the very scary stairs in this VRBO rental. If you have heavy luggage, maybe stay elsewhere where there is an elevator. Also, the washroom is not in good quality. It looks better in imagery, and is a bit of a concern when there.Otherwise location was great and apartment was in excellent condition.
