Fully updated Gulf-view condo designed for families, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, three balconies, and space for up to eight guests. Unit 506 features two separate sitting areas with queen sleeper sofas, a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, arcade game, and board games. Islander East offers a heated pool, fitness room, tennis and pickleball courts, grills, direct beach access, free parking, and 24-hour front desk support.
Islander East is a quiet beachfront condominium community. Guests must follow the property rules and sign an Occupancy Rental Agreement at check-in.
The primary renter must be 21 years or older. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult 25 years or older. Subletting is not permitted, and all guests must be registered at check-in.
Maximum occupancy limits include children and must not be exceeded.
Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. There is no lifeguard on duty.
Do not hang towels or other items from balcony railings.
Do not feed birds, coyotes, or other wildlife.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM unless approved in advance.
Boats, trailers, and RVs require prior approval. Vehicles must park in approved spaces.
