Comfy but unable to utilize full space because of cleanliness

Very large space, big bath tub in master. Plenty of space for the family.

The place needs to be cleaned. The front bathroom was so gross we didn’t even use it. The living room couch was stained and covered in crumbs and other debris. The window sills were filled with dead bugs. Also there seems to be animals living in the ceiling. All night we heard scratching, crawling, chirping from either possums or raccoons. While a great price for its size, it needs to be deep cleaned.
