* Generator or Solar will not run the AC, you must be hooked up to 30/50 amp power to operate.
FIVE Slide-outs (Bedroom/Living Room/Kitchen/Bunkroom). King Master Bed, 2- Bunk beds, 1 fold out bed and 1 loft.
Flat screen tv with surround sound dvd player, it also has speakers outside so you can enjoy music/radio while lounging around the campsite.

The master bed make into full size comfy king bed and the 3 bunks in the back as well as the loft has their own room with closing door to separate the adults from the kids! The slide outs adds a ton of room to move around. That combined with a good amount of counter space and kitchen amenities make fixing meals easy even if it's raining outside and everyone's inside playing games. The power awnings easily increases comfortable living space outside, rain or shine. And don't forget the outdoor kitchen with grill, sink, and fridge!

- Chemicals for the Toilet black tank.
- All necessary hoses and attachments for emptying both the black and grey tanks
- I'll have enough propane to last you through your whole trip. No additional propane charges
- Coax cable for hooking up television. (Only needed if staying at an RV park which offers cable television.)
- Water hose and regulators for hooking up travel trailer to RV park water source.
Security deposit $1000 - Covers any damage or cleaning required after rental is returned
