Convenient location, good size apartment, clean
Communication with the host could be much better, till the last moment I did not know if I am getting an early check in or not. We had to wait 20 minutes outside on the busy street, before the check in lady arrived. 10am check out obsession, kept us under constant stress. They even rang the bell at 9:30am in the morning to warn. It did not feel good at all. You need to be more customer friendly!

Muy amplia y limpieza excelente!!! Cuando necesite de Nicole, ella me respondió con rapidez y muy amable! Volvería mil veces! Está en una doña muy movida pero el departamento está diseñado para que no se escuche ningún ruidos de la calle, es perfecto!

Buena ubicación, cerca de la estación de Termini y bien comunicado con el centro. La cocina tenía todos los utensilios básicos, además de contar con lavadora y plancha para ropa. Un apartamento acogedor y silencioso.
La climatización es mejorable, el aire acondicionado de la habitación hacía un fuerte ruido y era complicado encontrar la temperatura adecuada. Al agua de la ducha le faltaba presión. El ascensor había momentos que no funcionaba.

Poor shower water pressure. Felt the owner hassled me over the city tax and assumed I had other guests staying as I had a visitor for a few minutes
