The room was clean, staff was really helpful and attentive. Parking is limited near our chalet. The kitchen had all that we needed. The fridge was newer than other places. The only thing that didn't work in our chalet was the oven. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was a bit small since we stayed in a studio. I'd recommend this place because it's near big bear lake.

While the staff was friendly and helpful when needed. However we did not know the access to all the utilities or where they all were? Also, advertises a bar and restaurant which wasn’t opened ? Also, website shows a sauna but we did not get to use it?
Again the room, parking, & the property was delightful but not being able to walk to village a bar and restaurant on grounds would have been better. Overall a 4 out of 5

The room was super cute and really quite. The room had everything we needed. The staff was extremely friendly. We were booked for 2 nights but ended up staying 3 nights. Parking was right in front of our room. The only thing was the floor in the room didn't seem very clean. Not sure if it was because it was a pet friendly room. Other than that we will be back. Highly recommend this location.

The property was very nice and clean. It was easy to get to and very close to the downtown area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was super easy, the front desk explained everything perfectly. The room was clean and comfortable and very excessable to get to. We enjoyed our stay very much
