Guests are asked to sign a short-term rental agreement after booking, just a standard document confirming care & respect for the property. Prior to arrival, guests choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property with prior approval & pet fee
- No smoking or parties permitted
- One parking spot per unit - 2 spots total included
