Me and my family really liked the fact that it was incredibly clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. Also, the hosts are very quick at replying by email but we got no answer when we tried to call them.
There was a bit of difficulty and confusion in finding the parking space and we were given the wrong code for one of the locks so it took us longer to check in than we would've liked. We felt as though it would've been better if there was actually some kind of reception or information point to help out when mix ups happened. Also there was something in the freezer that wasn't cleaned up but everything else was fine.
