Very clean apartment. Lots of room. Great view. Will come back if the price stays roughly the same.
Couldn't find parking to get to the location for the key. Also due to tram construction the main road leading in to the apartment was shut and had to drive around a few times before I figured out how to get in to the carpark. This is obviously not the host fault however updated instructions would have been ideal. Also the carpark itself is a nightmare to navigate. I would recommend putting a sign on the column by the parking spot indicating this is the spot rather then just having it on the floor. Hard to read when you are in a large ute/4wd sitting on the right side and the writing is on the floor on the left side.

The location was good for this trip. The apartment was spacious, clean.
Shower was leaking, the fake leather lounges are cold to sit on, one of them is too low to the floor. Parking is spacious but like a dungeon. The air conditioner is noisy and does not seem to cope (but that might be because I didnt lower the shades - lots of glass). The worst aspects were the lack of a human being and the several warnings about serious financial consequences if I got anything wrong (and that in turn relates to the lack of human contact). The view at present is mostly construction site for light rail, but that was not very significant.
