Poco insonorizzata. Purtroppo è situata vicino ad un semaforo su una strada molto trafficata. Se qualcuno come me ha il sonno leggero purtroppo dovrà mettere in conto di addormentarsi tardi e svegliarsi presto 😓
Forse migliorerei le tende ascuranti sulle vetrate perché la mattina presto entra troppa luce.

La casa è nuova e molto vicina al centro
La casa è sulla strada e ci sono troppi rumori, troppa luca anche di notte. Il materasso poggiato sul divanoletto non è della stessa misura del materasso sottostante e sono caduta. La corte interna è inutilizzabile a causa dei piccioni. Più attenzione alla pulizia della lavastoviglie. Il mobile su cui sta la TV è rotto e non è fissato bene, rischia di cadere la TV.

La porte d’entrée avec à certains endroits 2 centimètres d’espace
Pas d’occultants au niveau des fenêtres à côté du lit et lampadaire de rue au niveau de la fenêtre donc beaucoup de lumière nuit au niveau du lit
