The most awful experience!

It was a modern apartment with potential.

We booked this apartment for 3 nights in February 2026. When we arrived and checked in, the office closed shortly after so we couldn't raise the problems immediately. What we found was shocking and we recorded a video walkthrough (booking.com doesn't support videos so adding snaps) The apartment had clearly not been cleaned. There were faecal stains on the bathroom wall and a cockroach squashed into the door frame. The shower trays were covered in dust and dirt, the shower doors didn't close properly, and there was no floor mat, no towels and no soap. The beds were not made and there was no proper bedding. We had to use mismatched single sheets from the spare room just to get through the night. There was no heating and no remotes for the air conditioning. The bathroom drains smelled awful and the spare room reeked of chemical treatments on the walls. Most concerning of all, there was significant water damage in and around the bedroom with visible pink mould growing into the walls. We endured one terrible night because we had no choice, then returned the keys the next morning and booked somewhere else at our own cost. The receptionist acknowledged the situation and refunded the dog supplement and deposit on the spot. Since then, Apartamentos 3000 have been extremely unresponsive and unhelpful. We are now pursuing a formal complaint against them. Please view the picture and judge for yourselves. This apartment should not be listed for guests.

Las hormigas en todo el apartamento y en la cama además del baño y que salían del aire acondicionado Además que quisieran cobrar por el mando del aire acondicionado que no lo especifica en la reserva En general la cadena de lucra de una “necesidad” o más bien de una comodidad que pretendes tener en el sitio que contratas

Al principio trankilos, sin ruidos y muy cerca de las farmacias y supermercado

Los primeros dos días ningún tipo de ruido, pero los demás días teníamos unos vecinos muy ruidosos arriba no paraban de hacer ruidos mover sillas pasos a la noche y a la hora de hacer la siesta. Se escucha el batter vamos que sabía cuando iban al baño.
