Very convenient location for orienting before / after the ferry trip(s). The staff was extremely helpful in coordinating rides. The room was simple, quiet, and well air-conditioned.
The little coffee packets were confusing to open. All over the floor. Big mess. Sorry.

Location, comfortable bed, water dispenser in hallway, strong water pressure (including hot water in shower)
Weak WIFI signal (affecting also cable channels), limited facilities in room (no closet, no safety box, no fridge), small toilet/shower room, no lights in bathroom mirror (resulting in difficulty in shaving) sometimes flickering light in room
