La habitación está muy bien y excelente la ubicación. A la entrada del centro histórico. El baño es amplio y cómodo
1. Avisamos que llegábamos a las 16 y tuvimos que llamar 16.40 porque no vino nadie a recibirnos.
2. Nunca funcionó el wifi, nos dijeron que al día siguiente, que luego, en fin. No hubo wifi, por ende no hubo tv.
3. No hubo desayuno. Sí había cafetera y pava eléctrica. Pero nos dijeron que llevarían algo de comer y no fue así.
4. El tapón del lavatorio del baño está trabado y la respuesta fue que yo mirara debajo. No se puede, porque está dentro de un mueble.
O sea, varias de las cosas que ofrecen no estuvieron.

Central and modern style room
The entrance to the hotel, the lift and the check in process. I didn’t receive any message from the hotel. And when messaging though booking.com they never replied also emailed them which they’ve still never replied too.
