A wonderfully located, appointed, and incredible friendly staff and ownership. Anya and Francesco were so incredibly nice.
The location is 100mtrs from the main piazza and main walking street.

This property was delightful. Room was clean and well laid out with nice amenities, including some unexpected desserts in the afternoon. It was in a great location just off of Via Maqueda. There was a working elevator (we only used with luggage). Balcony had room for 2. We never met the host, Francesco, who interacted via Expedia and WhatsApp, but he was always attentive and quick to assist. He also provided superb instructions for accessing the property. All of the properties we stayed at in Sicily were nice, but this was my favorite. It had the perfect combination of clean, updated rooms, while keeping some of the Sicilian charm.
We did not have a car and opted to walk (with luggage) from the train station. Once you got to Via Maqueda, it was smooth sailing as it is a (semi) pedestrian zone. Was a great way to be introduced to an historic part of Palermo.

Fantastic rooms with balconies overlooking the main street in Palermo. The room and facilites were very clean, coffee, tea and pastries offered complimentry in a communal area. If driving into the city a permit is required for the ZTL Zone, this was arranged free of charge by the hotel. Street parking in blue bays only €1 per hour, free 8pm - 8am and free 2pm - 4pm if a parking spot is available, we got lucky and parked directly below the property for 3 days. Parking garages located nearby too, if you're not as fortunate with the street parking. I would highly recommend this accommodation, we had a fabulous stay here, thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you for your help and assistance during our stay.
