The location has many cafes, bistros and restaurants withing walking distance - many locals walking their dogs and heading places on foot throughout the day. Convenient private parking behind the building. Fantastic location for catching a tram to center city or other locations - we walked back from the Distillery District - 20 minutes. Their coffee maker broke the week before we checked in - The host had a new one over-nighted to us the first day!!!!
We were on the 3rd floor - lots of steps for old people. There have been some leaks in the past that need some attention but nothing detracted from our stay.

When we first arrived we were a touch disappointed in the place ...but after a few hours we realized that we had all we needed ! Bed was comfortable and there were tons of eating and bar spots around us !
Living room is pretty "blah" looking...a little more decor like some painting or posters on the wall would make it look more inviting !

Was a great location to do many things
It was also in a rough area You could spend a few dollars fixing the tap in kitchen and shower. Wood mounding was broken in kitchen. Just a few little things to make it better. Oh screen in bedroom window

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war gut und schnell. Durch den Keller war es auch bei 35°C draussen angenehm kühl.
Der Zustand der Wohnung ist insgesamt stark verbesserungswürdig, sehr gebraucht und abgewohnt. Die Luft ist durch die Kellerlage ohne Fenster sehr feucht. Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu Wünschen übrig. Wir haben es direkt reklamiert und es wurde nachgeputzt. Dadurch wurde es besser, inkl. sauberer Handtücher. Allerdings war der Boden weiterhin so schlecht gewischt, dass die Füße barfuß in Kürze dreckig waren.
